New Cafe 477 Gets Green Light from Encinitas Planning Commission
North Coast Health Center receives unanimous approval to break ground on campus cafe
ENCINITAS, Calif. – North Coast Health Center, the largest outpatient health center in North County, announced this week that it has received approval by the Encinitas Planning Commission to build the new Café 477. The plans were approved at the Encinitas Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2014, with a unanimous 5-0 vote in favor of the project. The new Café 477 is set to break ground this spring.
Café 477 will be yet another amenity unique to North Coast Health Center. The goal of the new café is to provide expanded healthy food and drink options in a more central and convenient location to all. The existing coffee cart will be relocated out of the main lobby and a new 865 sq. ft. glass and steel structure will be developed next to the existing fountain courtyard in the center of the property.
